PRODUCTION AREA: Masseria Mita Municipality of Crispiano, province of Taranto.

PLANTING DENSITY: 4500 plants per hectare
HARVEST PERIOD: third week of August.
VINIFICATION: Wine obtained from organically grown grapes in application of EEC Reg. 2092/91 Controlled by ICEA. Mechanized harvest carried out in the early hours of dawn. Pressing. Fermentation of the must at a temperature of 15°C for about 10 days.
AGEING: in steel tanks
COLOUR: straw yellow with greenish reflections.
BOUQUET: fresh, fruity.
TASTE: dry, delicate, harmonious, pleasantly acidic.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12.5% vol. – Serve at a temperature of 8°C
FOOD PAIRING: recommended on fish dishes in general, especially grilled.
