Mission

We love to talk about the territory, culture, traditions and flavors and knowledge of our lands in the tourism and hotel sector of Puglia. We really like the idea of knowing how to welcome.

We are always on the lookout for Apulian traditions, popular sayings, craftsmanship and the uses and customs that make Puglia and the territory of the Cento Masserie di Crispiano unique.

At the same time, we like to feel like partners with restaurateurs and wine merchants who keep us up with traditional cuisine, but also with new forms of innovative cuisine. In fact, we are sensitive to the terms "single dish", "cheese and cold cuts platter", "aperitif", "gourmè cuisine", "sushi restaurant" and international cuisine in general.

Our wines are able to satisfy all palates and can be used alongside cuisine based on vegetables, legumes as well as meat and fish. These are among the themes that best represent the experiences of a meal in Puglia.

Our contribution to the Apulian spirit proposes our production with a story of the territory that highlights the traceability from the field to the bottle. We want to be able to meet both professionals and consumers at the Masseria to be able to share with them walking through the vineyards and olive groves the life that evolves from the fields to the finished product. We always end with a tasting that conveys the peculiarity of our wines and our extra virgin olive oil. It is our visitors who are nicely appointed ambassadors of our territory. "The story is the basis of everything."

These stimuli give us space to push the imagination to improve the reception and to search for new topics in the world of wine and oil and everything that surrounds us in the culinary art.

All the labels of our products have a name that identifies the wine and a search for details from the message to the surface of the same.

A sincere approach to the glass gratifies us on our commitment and continuous research.

We are present at some events that speak in a transversal way: from wine to culture, sport, fashion and design.

Since 2022 we have been collaborating with the Masseria Camarda Trophy in the city of Ceglie at the Fiorio Cup, a very important rally event where we are given the opportunity to let both drivers, journalists and finally the public taste our wines.

In 2023 we received an international delegation from Radici del Sud, an important event in Southern Italy on native wines, made up of buyers and food and wine journalists to whom we told and tasted the history of our territory.

Also in 2023 in Monopoli on the occasion of a fashion show by White Wise, the local fashion house, under the walls of the splendid Castle in the wonderful historic center, guests were welcomed during the event by tasting one of our wines.

For two years we have been sponsoring the presentation of books, especially those that talk about our territory and that have been paid attention by the Apulia Film Commission.

One of our intentions is to make the Masseria even more sustainable with energy from renewable sources with a modern photovoltaic system. Our supply chain will be even more sustainable and will express even more positive energy.

In order for a wine to leave a mark, there are fundamental elements: grape variety, minerality of the soil, climate, the skilled hands of our farmers, but above all a compelling story.

One of the goals in 2024 was to make the Masseria even more sustainable with a modern photovoltaic system. Our clean energy supply chain is even more sustainable and expresses even more positive energy.
