PRODUCTION TECHNIQUES: The olives, harvested directly from the plant, are processed and pressed on the same day by cold extraction (processing temperature below 27° C)
ORGANOLEPTIC ANALYSIS: The olives harvested at the right degree of ripeness give a very delicate oil with golden reflections, a delicate, sweet and slightly ripe fruity taste.
